Have a look at the Activity/Cal Tracker Topic, NannieD, I'm sure you'll find the answers there :)

Hi NannieD

My wife and I use Fitbit and my fitness pal very well together. Very occasionally they take longer to sync but not normally a big issue.

My fitness pal is probably best for tracking calories as you can use bar code scanner if there is one and it has a huge database of eating out places as well as most supermarket stuff

I find it helpful to put UK when searching eateries as USA has lots of same and they serve different sized portions!

Good luck with your goals and calorie counting. It has worked for us very well.

Ps this is my first post on here

Hi NannieD I agree with Pauld0366 I use both and they sync ok for me. Just remember to try and ignore any extra calories you earn as it can tempt you to overeat.stick to the calorie range the NHS BMI calculator recommended. Great first reply pauld0366 πŸ˜€
