Mine well may sound silly but 2 pairs of pj's sizes 12/14 just fit but will get into them soon.

2 pairs of leggings size 14 and a jumper size 10 (new look sizes)

Before I started diet/ exercising was 18 pants etc and 14/16 top. Just been dancing around the front room in new pj's.

Happy Christmas

I got a pretty rainbow glass necklace.

Renewed vigour. We would all like some of that. 😃

There is nothing quite like the feeling of smaller size clothes....fantastic !

Christmas 2013 I was 11st 12 lbs.

By Christmas 2014 , after 8 months effort , I reached 10st.

This Christmas 2015 I am pleased to say I have maintained my weight for almost a year, currently 9 st 12 lbs and although the festivities will probably mean a couple of extra pounds on, I now feel in control enough to lose those few pounds in january.

So to anyone who has overindulged this Christmas, dont panic, you CAN have a good time and still lose it again !

Wow well done, and yes a couple of pounds is nothing to worry about. Its always best not to be too hard on yourself especially at this time of year. I find after indulging I don't want to eat so much the next day, so it evens itself out lol!!! Enjoy the festivities folks! We will come back in the New Year refreshed from having some time off!!!

Had a great day eating what I wanted even some chocolates. Boxing Day 420 cals burn't at the gym for a dishful of himemade trifle.

Love going into the shop and not go into the big person section.

Beautiful dressing gown with hearts from my darling D, some skin creams, and a lovely case for my phone from my darling S. Oh and the bonus of my beautiful boy (grandson) coming to visit on the day! Enjoyed every morsel of my Christmas lunch including some lovely home made cheese cake. Didn't feel like much today; I wonder why lol!!!!

Well done for getting into a smaller sizes :)

I had a kettlebell but I am a bit scared of it - it's 6kg and weighs a tonne (ok 6kg but you know what I mean ;) )
