I can't do the no-carb thing - not long-term, at least. I tried it once, but decided that living without the odd fresh roll, croissant or flatbread just wasn't living.
Admittedly, keeping it to the 'odd one' is essential. ☺
5 1/2 kilos gone and 4 inches off your waist line WOW your doing great. I can't imaging not having carbs though. I love rice, potatoes, bread and pasta
