Happy first moment some1 who is bigger than u looks at u and is jelous lol. Looking possitive for a 2 pound loss this week and gonna start c25k next week if I lose 6 pound more I would of lost 4 stone and I will do it for myself and my family

It's a first I have ever had some1 look at me like that and mean as it sounds it felt so good like I am achieving something and ppl can tell and it's given me that push to start running

I'm 6 pound away now so it the feeing when u get to a stage and think yer I can do this at the start u think o I'm never gonna get there but for first time I fee like I could get down to 10 st and maintain it with better eating habits such as not a plate over filing and eating 5 meals just by eating proper potions and food and exercise u told me a month ago I would even think about running I would laugh and say jog on every 1 has that point I think though it's just getting to it
