I joined this site back in aug and got off to a good start with the 12 week plan, then had several months of illness and injury which threw me off track. I'm feeling better and haven't given up tho so whilst I've been reading posts I haven't posted myself for ages. But there is something significant about commitment for me in taking part in the forum again rather than just watching from the sidelines so here I am again! I have been steadily reducing portion sizes and resisting when I could easily eat more and hey, surprise surprise I lost 1.8kgs last week and it has been a great motivator. Small steps. Thanks to you all out there with your honest, entertaining and inspiring posts ☺ and i'm off for a swim today ☺
