Hi Rob,

I had been wondering what had happened to you.

So sorry to hear it has been so awful for you. What would you like to start doing while being laid up ?. Even though it's very hard any small change you make today will make your future a bit easier.

A while ago when I was feeling a bit low and vulnerable a friend sent me a card and it said:

'Just because the past didn't turn out like you wanted it to, does not mean that your future can't be better than you've ever imagined'

If you can hold that thought.

Hi Flossie,

You could say the last mont hor so has been a "living hell" even though I am as fat as I am I have always liked to walk and go out. Since I came home from hospital over three weeks ago I've been out once, and that was in a wheelchair. I can't go out now anyway as I'd be arrested becuase I haven't got any clothes that fit and can't find any where that sells size 5-6xl clothes and 56inch waists.
