I'm thrilled beyond words!!

I've FINALLY arrived to the last phase of my weight loss goal!! Down a bracket and feeling AMAZING today, I finally see the finish line!! Prior, I always had good intentions but never made it to this point!! Just finished packing up my "fat" clothes to donate and meeting a good friend in an hour to shop for new ones:) Seriously feeling blessed today and so incredibly thankful I found something I can maintain doing for the rest of my life which for me is key. Every other approach was a short term quick fix diet, definitely never something I could maintain long term.... so I didn't:( For those of you struggling, find what works for you and go for it!

    What I do is pretty simple, I log my food on HSK (Health Sidekick). It's very straight forward, If my calories eaten fall into the green line, I'm losing, yellow, I'm maintaining and red, I'm gaining. The daily # (allowable calories) change daily, based on my food and weight logged. Other than that I can eat whatever I want as long as my # stays in the green. I needed something that was super easy to do and more importantly doable, this was it for me! Some days if I was more hungry, I would eat into the yellow line and maintain. I needed the flexibility which this program provided me. I also follow a forum on the site called "No2Binge", she's brilliant!! She shares her personal story with weight loss, gives advice as well as great recipes") She also uses the same tracker which helps me for when I have questions. That's basically it, I also stay active in this forum which I love as well") Hope this helps, private message me anytime, I would love to help you out in any way I can!
