I had my 2nd weigh in this morning, 2lb off! Very pleased as that makes it 5lb in 2 weeks! I have worked hard for it by eating proper portion sizes and walking for at least an hour a day, usually split morning and evening so I'm very happy it's paying off. I'm expecting it to slow down this week as it usually does and hoping to stay motivated and on track over the weekend as my hubby is a definite saboteur!
