2nd weigh in

I had my 2nd weigh in this morning, 2lb off! Very pleased as that makes it 5lb in 2 weeks! I have worked hard for it by eating proper portion sizes and walking for at least an hour a day, usually split morning and evening so I'm very happy it's paying off. I'm expecting it to slow down this week as it usually does and hoping to stay motivated and on track over the weekend as my hubby is a definite saboteur! :(

  • well done, the weekends are going to be a challenge. Plan ahead so you have food, snacks, drinks, excuses, etc ready so you're not caught out. Hubby's are a nightmare especially when they can eat and drink and not gain anything x

  • Well done thats great. Keep up the great work. Use the positive feelings to fuel you into the next week :) talk to your partner, he may not even realise he is doing, in the beginning my partner would say "one chocolate bar wont kill you" but after talking to him hes much more supportive.   • Thanks everyone. 😀 He is supportive most of the time but when it's the weekend he wants it to be the same as always, eating and drinking with friends. I've told him I can still enjoy myself with having less than before but I don't think he believes me

  • Very well done on losing 2 lbs this week you are making really good progress. Just think another 2 lbs will bring you to a half stone so that is something to really look forward to. Good luck at your next weigh in x
