Thanks everyone for your birthday messages. I had a lovely day. People at work have actually noticed that I am looking slimmer and my clothes are feeling looser already. I have recommended this healthy eating plan to my colleagues and I hope they join in with us. I am so looking forward to the next few weeks to see what happens to me and to be able to support everyone on here. X
