saw my shadow in front of me and liked what I see.....

saw my reflection in the window looking right back at me and .....I liked what is see

My journey so far has made me a stronger person both mentally and physically and I like that

about me

I am who I am and I know what I know, love who I am and promise to reap what I sow.

I know now that I can do anything and be anything I want to be as I have / I am / I can / I do

F = fulfilment

I = inspired

J = journey

K = know how / kick butt

L = love me

M = maintain

N = no stopping me now

O = open to new things

P =persevere

Q = quality of life

R = regain (my life back)

S = sensible choices

T = test my abilities

U = understanding

V = victories

W = will power

X = XO

Y = your worth it

Z = zumba lol lol lost for words with X & Z

Never mind them they are not the best letters in the alphabet. Enjoy your week everyone x

Hi Gonti " I sing because I'm happy...I sing because I'm free" ( beyonce) a little sunshine does go along way when you see the " reflection in the mirror" ( jessie J ) the reflection I see is who I am now and I am proud of that person and that's me!! Love it x

Hi Lowcal, thank you. I wanted to post how I felt after seeing myself in my reflection and shadow and it was a positive feeling I received back and it put a smile on my face and I felt really proud of me
