Week 9 weigh in... (first post)

I have never written on here before and find it a little daunting I guess. After piling on the pounds at university and over this last Christmas I decided enough was enough and it was time to get back to my old self. A lot of this motivation also stems from the fact that my best friend is getting married in Australia this summer and me and my boyfriend are heading out there for a month and I want to feel comfortable on the beach! So I have been using slimming world recipes for the past 9 weeks and have just begun to add in exercise - this week I started week 3 of the C25K plan and swimming. Here are my results so far!

Am feeling great this morning after passing the 1 stone mark! Just another 20.2lb to go which doesn't seem as scary as the 35lb in January- I can see the bikini at the end of the tunnel!
