Joining this with my partner, I need to lose weight and so does he! Mine in paticular due to we have been trying for a baby for 2 years now and was told by the hospital losing weight may help! Hoping I can do this as I always manage to lose 1st but then all goes wrong!! Here's hoping to succeed in getting back to a healthy weight as well as hopefully becoming a mum for the (2nd) time in the future!!!! Also even though my 10 year old daughter don't need to lose weight she's joining in with us just to be more healthy... xx

Good luck on your journey, a real family affair .... With all of you following a healthier lifestyle you'll be able to encourage each other along too 🌻I would really recommend MyFitnessPal alongside the NHS 12 week plan, it makes it easier to count calories and watch portion control ... Good luck!

Its lovely that you are doing it as a family, will help you to all grow closer and bond, as well as having lots of support. Wish you all the best. This site is great and will hopefully help you as much as it does me. Stay strong and take it one day at a time

Thank you I will. Hopefully i will manage to lose the amount of weight I need to as well...
