I'm having this to moz a banana for brekki small ham salad with 1slice of ham and a cracker bread for lunch and for snack celery stick a carrot and weight watcher soup for tea with a cracker bread i fat free natural yog and blue berries for pud any 1 on the 5.2 diet does this sound ok not to many cal tried to get cal on everything

You seem to have a good plan for your fast day - Looks a lot healthier and more filling than the Lighter Life shakes. The only improvement would be to see if you can replace the cracker breads with more protein rich foods like chicken or eggs - They will keep you fuller on a fast day.
Good luck with it - Stay strong - Just remember that you can eat normally tomorrow so if there are any temptations, tell yourself you can have those tomorrow. If you keep yourself motivated and stick to this plan, the results will show in a few weeks time.
I did the 5:2 for a few weeks only last year - banana for breakfast, two eggs (poached) with lean bacon and two grilled tomatoes for lunch plus salad leaves for lunch, evening I had homemade veg soup which was healthier than any of the packets and a lot more satisfying, also easy to keep in the fridge, and if I'm desperate a piece of fruit in the evening. I think that worked out under 600 cals.
Downloads an app like myfitnesspal, it's great for counting cals & has a lot of well know brands stores plus a barcode scanner so you can count your cals more easily!! It's free to! Yes sounds like your eating well for a fast day, bananas are quite high in cal & don't keep you full for very long!! Maybe swap for an egg or small bowl of porridge! Good look x
