During the summer I lost three stone in weight which was a massive achievement for me yet I'm still in the obese section. During the Christmas festive break I have put a stone back on, so HERE I GO AGAIN! Towards to end of the summer I became bored and found it hard to carry on but did hit my target weight. Has anyone got any ideas on how to change things slightly to a) kick start me back into the healthly eating and b) make exercising more interesting? Thanks in advance for any ideas. Steve
