Good progress so far!

Hey guys! I just want to thank everyone who have replied to me on previous posts and have given great advice, i have had not much time to reply so I am writing on here to let you all know :) Anyway, I started the 5:2 Diet on Monday 1st September 2014 and I have lost atleast 8-9 pounds and I feel so much better and I feel like I can do this now, this page is great and I thank you all so much for posting your experiences, replying to my posts etc. I hope in a few months time I can say ive lost even more! Please share your journeys to and feel free to give more advice. Thank you!!!

can i ask you what you eat on the 2x500cal days thanks


Yeah sure! I do the fast days on Monday and Thursday and separate it during my day so what i do is:

Breakfast: Tea with semi skimmed milk and no sugar

Lunch: 1fruit

Dinner: Fruits

The calorie adds up to atleast just abit over 500cal but i do no exceed 600cal.


so no protien just fruit and cup of tea
