Hi all, I've nearly completed my first week on my new diet and as timing would have it I happen to flying out in an all inclusive holiday!!! I have never been on one before and just wondered if anyone has any tips and how not to go OTT with the all inclusive!? Thanks!!

First week on plan and on holiday next week HELP
Two things helped me. Firstly I was as active as possible- lots of walking to explore, walk to the restaurant by a round about route, swimming if there is a pool etc. Secondly, instead of thinking good value lies in eating as much as possible, think that this will still be here tomorrow, take the opportunity to taste unusual things as they are effectively free so it doesn't matter if you don't like them and don,t finish them. Become picky about the food- only eat the very nicest things, things that you can't easily get elsewhere.

TRY to eat food that has lighter sauces like tomatoe based,salads lean meat fruit but you need to enjoy your holiday.Try and walk more in the evenings dancing will help and watch your portions also drink more water .hope this helps ,have a great holiday.
I went all inc to Sandals 12 weeks in (this was part of the catalyst for wanting to loose weight) I gained 7lbs and normally I would have stopped trying when I got back, after all I had lost 1.5 stone and put only. 5 back on and I guess I would just have gained the rest back slowly throughout the year. No I came back and stepped on the scales and re grouped, so I had a good time on hols but got straight back on when I got back so have a good time then refocus when you get back, have a lovely holiday! And enjoy yourself!
