Hi, im looking for a buddy or two for help and support, I had the gastric band done 2 yrs ago and managed to loose 5 stone but sadly put 3 stone back on.

Hi I had a gastric bypass done ten yrs ago now and have put on half of what I lost. I would like to be your buddy as I really need to lose what I've put on.

Hi, thanks for the reply. How much did you loose with the bypass? i definately need help getting this weight off. Do you know how many calories you need to have daily to loose weight ? i haven't a clue at any of this. What have u been trying to do to loose weight? i gym 3 times a wk. Its the food that is my biggest problem i eat way to much and don't know where to start to get back on track.

active 2000. not so active below that. I have 11stone to lose. If I could afford it I'd have a gastric bypass. Battled all my life.
