is anyone on a low carbohydrate diet if so what do u eat. im on it but struggling i have lost a stone but im now sticking at the same weight
im was 16s 10 but im sticking at 15s 12
I've been LCHF for 5 months.
I eat lots of non starch vegetables, cabbage, spinach, broccoli. Cheese and meat.

Hi i have been on a low carb diet for 3 weeks now , lots of veg and salad natural yougart with nuts and fruit , i was told to to go on this as i have a fatty liver and need to lose 60pounds all good so far in 2 weeks i have lost 10pounds this is the only diet i have done well with good luck

Why not try the 5:2 Diet as a change?
I lost three stone in six months after watching this brilliant BBC Horizon programme, "Eat, Fast and Live Longer" vimeo.com/54089463 and the first thing I took from it was to eat from smaller plates and to stop snacking. By the time Kate Harrison's book "The 5:2 Diet" had come out I'd already lost half a stone and then I continued to lose weight and my life has been totally transformed. I used to need a nap in the afternoons and now I go for a walk or a run instead! Please watch the programme - I hope it will change your life too.
hiya im on a low carb high protein diet ive been on it for 17 months and have lost 14 1/2 stone..... green veg / and green leafy veg plain white fish , chicken breast, turkey,steak( limit red meat) salads good luck xx
I have just found a new bread by livewell, only at Waitrose and Morrisons, the slices are a bit on the small side, low carb, quite tasty £1.99 a loaf , worth trying I don't know your situation to see if this is pratical and worth trying?
Know this is old but on lc diet you still need to watch what you eat weightloss is CICO low carb or not
