don't think i did too bad in the end y'day. after my choc bic binge, i didn't eat untill my healthy 600 cal dinner. kept myself busy cleaning the kitchen, then did some gardening. later in the evening i ate a 500 cal dessert, then way too much cheese and crackers tho.
probably still about 3000 cal.
its 3am now, keep thinking of food. i don't have much really naughty food left, most needs cooking too which is a bit off putting for this time of the morning.
i think it's helping typing my diet failiers down. i'm starting to think 'do i really want to embarrass myself by gluttonising a 3rd day in a row?'
must remember my body is a temple not a dust bin
