Modafinil approved!

It got approved by my insurance, just in case anyone else needs to go through this process. The record shows that they had to first talk with my doctor to see why I needed it. Between the MS fatigue and the blood clot medication fatigue I obviously need it. What a relief. Love to all, Kelly

Me too. I’m always tired, but this blood clot and the treatment has really put me over the top of the scale on fatigue. I have basically stopped doing anything extra. I had just gotten my jewelry business going and I had to put that completely on hold. I just take care of Stormy and clean my house and I sleep a lot! I need my life back.

I’m going through the same problem as you did. I’m still waiting for insurance approval……but I think anyone with MS should qualify. I saw my neurologist on October 15th & was prescribed modafinal ,& still waiting…
