Dearest sisters, thank you for the offers, but no weight please. I think she who must be obeyed would get quite upset if it was even harder yo lift me when I fell. Which I do far too often. I think I should market an effort to make it easier on her,

So lose weight, ROYCE.

Love YOU all. Stall well, and look after yourself. Take your DMT (Disease modifying therapy) no excuses.

Yes, weight! My Dr. is threatening me if I lose any more! (Seriously!) I tend not to post this because most people are trying to lose weight.

Since Royce doesn't want mine, I'll gladly send some to you! I have 100 pounds I can ship overnight. (On a serious note, I have a British penpal with MS who's having the same problem. No matter what she tries she can't seem to gain weight.)

I used to be anorexic. I am 6' tall and weighed 119#. After my daughter was born it slowly rose. When I was in the 180s my GP said, you better watch your weight. (Never tell a former anorexic that.) So I stopped eating. I'm at 152 now and holding steady. My (new) GP is the one telling me to stop losing. I know I don't eat well. I don't cook. (Why spend hours cooking something that takes 15 minutes to eat?) So we scrape by...

I haven't gained or lost weight in years but I probably could lose a few pounds ( I'm not 30 lbs more than when I graduated high school 43 years ago)
