G'day ms family. I wish YOU to be well and coping with this illness as best YOU can, Do you occasionally read the replies people send me? It is okay to ignore me, BUT look at the strength and determination that others show. YOU are those others, or at least YOU can be. There is really no reason why not. Yes, I think they are special ladies BUT YOU can be as well. Look into there stories, some of their posts. YOU will see an acceptance then a deteterminationto do the best for themselves. Perhaps a tear or two when facing hiccups nut never a surrender. Never ever a total surrender to ms.

A tear or two is okay, just do not male it a habit. Your habits should be, exercersise, diet, medicine. Of course with medicine being priority 1.

I will let YOU go, but go with a determination to be strong. A glorious story for your family to see and future generations to tell,

Be wee and look after yourself,

Royce

i always enjoy your posts ...i hope everyone takes the time to read them and what everyone else sends to you for it will help them to realize that life doesn't stop because you have MS that is not a reason to feel sorry for yourself and think life has stopped for if it has it is because you haven't realized it hasn't stopped ...you can just stop and think you can't do anything ...yes somethings are not as easy as before but that doesn't have to stop you ...just find another way of doing things ...it can be done with deteremination and lots of will power and sometimes it doesn't take much ,just your will to want to do it ...just ask the doctor if you are having problems or the MS society ...good luck and keep on keeping on living to as much as possible ...love and happiness...love your posts ...let us al know how you are doing and if you need any ideas on the help you need if we can we will help...

Royce, I had to laugh at the title…a pinch and a punch! MS can be both those things…and not very pleasant when they hit you.

I want to gently remind you that not everyone chooses to be on a DMT for many different reasons or has an allergic reaction to so many DMTs that it’s tough. I know medication is your preference and you just want us all to live our best MS life.

With G’day I always thought you lived ‘down under’ and then realized you live in the US. Of course I’m in the upper Midwest so maybe you do live down under me! 🤣 Pam
