can improving your brain be this easy?
Have thought about it but never tried anything. Will be interesting reply’s 🤷♂️👍🏼😉
In my opinion, like most of the other OTC drugs, there really isn't much info on the research & testing. If it really did what they advertise then they would be prescription meds. There are a lot of herbal remedies that will help some but you need to know what, if any, interactions they may have with any meds you are taking.
I bought something neurotropic and didn't stick with it. Just do ketones now.
i guess it didn't help>
Probably doesn't work if you don't take it, but I noticed nothing in the short time I tired it. I hate pills. Ketones, however, work for me. I have lions mane powder for my coffee and a high flavanol chocolate, but I don't know if those really do anything either 🤷♀️ There are studies with these 3 things showing improved cognition.

Almost without exception all those sorts of thing are carefully formulated to separate people from their money - always by promising some benefits that generally are not delivered, but by the time people find that out their money has already taken up permanent residence in the selling company's bank account.
Advice given elsewhere on this thread about "use it or lose it" with brain function is good advice - won't fix problems but will slow down their advances.
I've been wondering about these products, too. From the replies, I think I'll save my money for now. Thanks.
I have seen that B vitamins, such as B9 (folic acid) and B12, are helpful with brain function. B9 is used to help prevent neural tube defects in foetuses, and B12 can be used for cell growth. B9 is gained from eating leafy green vegetables, like spinach, and B12 is from meat and dairy products. B12 can also be given as a supplement for vegans/vegetarians. That's all i could say.
