your smoothie sounds delish too...mine changes based on what fruit/veggies are in the fridge. I use a lot of kale also but want to strangle my hubby because he threw the last of my kale out..it was still good....he's an anti veggie person :( So hopefully there will be more kale in this weeks city share of organic veggies. I signed up for shares in a local garden project thru the summer. I use to grow my own it's so easy to grow...but now that I can't tend to the garden my husband has let it go to hell.

Great article. I take fish oil, which says filtered on it. I'm trying to be picky about the source of the first I but. My husband read that the fukushema fallout is in the Alaskan and Pacific fish. My daughter read something about Atlantic fish being bad. Farm raised is bad. I found some Icelandic cod from trader Joe's which seems like it should be ok. Anyone researched which places have fish that won't kill us Jazzyinco ?

I refuse to eat fish since fukushima. I am using a fish oil supplement thru infowarsstore.com because they test it for any contaminants and use small fish like krill because their less likely to have a build up of toxins. I use their vitamin b 12 (last blood test proved it worked as my bloodwork showed my b12 at 1004 wow) and I recently started using their vit d3 as I need to get those levels up drastically ...they sell high quality supplements only!

Labdoor.com seems to be a reliable source that rates supplements

Great! Seems like I'm doing all the right supplements, eating all the right foods, walking with cane at least 5 miles/day, and....oh let me check my smartphone notes....too hard, maybe in my post-it pile..., oh well, forgot what I was looking for anyway!

And Green algae in your smoothie? Now that's where I draw the line! And don't you keep up with the news? There are protests going on over nut milks fueled by the suffering milk industry. They aren't milks. (I use them, nut drinks when cooking). Should I make them myself too, keeping in with tune with my elimination of processed foods? I don't use milk from animals....but in cheese.......sheep's milk, goat milk, cow's milk...they all make some SINFULLY great cheeses. In moderation of course. This is my crack. Still going though my bucket list of all the great cheeses I've yet to try. Given up poison pizzas, cheese sandwiches....Okay, I know they're not good for you and kind of contrary to my healthy way of life since MS? But I HUNT for them!?! And I GATHER them from all over! Who couldn't like an imported triple cream cambozola soft ripened cheese? or a sheep's milk Graviera?...And there are so many to try! I'll add an extra Tumeric Tomorrow! Back to prepping my mix of 14 different veggies and seasonings for dinner tonight! With pitted cherries for desert! Can I slip in a couple slices of Apple Smoked Provolone for appetizer?
