Exercise Update

Greetings everyone!

A lot of people wanted me to update them on my exercising goals. I am still not able to lift my feet off the floor in a seated position, but I still have hope. I am working with a PT now and OT.

And the OT and PT both said itโ€™s not a good idea for me, or anyone else with MS, to do exercises that fully exhaust the muscles.

Also in my case, keeping things more simple and accurate is ok. I donโ€™t have to just jump into super heavy resistance bands. Slow and steady wins the race after all.

Thank you everyone for all your prayers and support. Last night before going to sleep, I sat on the edge of the bed and decided to try to do some marches and it was actually a success. Thatโ€™s the first time in months or years, but anyhow, a long time. It was not a success this morning when I tried, but I will keep on trying and moving forward. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I find it easier in the morning, but if you find it easier at night keep doing it

Whenever the MS letโ€™s me. I am just sooo surprised I was able to release my feet from the floor in a Seated position. It has taken hundreds of tries.

Thank you so much! I think itโ€™s easier to overdo it the first week after my Kesimpta shot. I had to rest a lot today on the recliner. I didnโ€™t even do stretches today.
