Nice 2 hear from u. Just getting out can be good 4 u even 4 a short period of time
So glad you’re doing positive things to lift your mood.
When we become reclusive, for whatever reason, it is difficult to get out again. Since you write that you have only one good day out of five, now you become aware of the effort required to get out of bed and go out. I am much more aware than I used to be: everything takes longer, and requires more effort. I used to be able to get up, get ready and get out the door in an hour...now it takes me at least twice that. Continue with your walks (they are good for your health and your spirit) and explore other options for out and about!
I hear you on the spray tan! I used to often bc I hate laying in the sun! Pasty is nasty, haha! But now the spray tans make me feel I'm suffocating and hot... The OTC bottle stuff just streaks... My sister turned me on to an after shower tanning lotion. like it better, but sometimes a bit cold in the morning! And socializing... I used to be a HUGE outgoing person throwing parties, going out. Now I would just rather stay home all the time. Too stressful to go out! Good luck girl!
It's great to hear from you luvhair! Getting out is great.
Best Wishes,
Leslie
I'm sure you will regain your energy!
