Sisters and Brothers, today is a good day, at least it can be if "YOU" decide to make it that way. Why don't "YOU" decide to make it that way. Go on decide. It is up to "YOU", make the decision. I understand that it takes effort, it is hard, but so is life in general.
Back in the day before my first three trigeminal Neuralgia surgeries, I would lay in bed at night with the ice pick stabbing all over my face and think it would be so easy to give up, I have the tablets to do it. Two or three extra and I will sleep and never feel the pain again. BU*T, how would my loved ones, how would "YOU" feel if I did this? No matter how it hurt, a few hours and dawn will come and the pain will subside until tomorrow night. As bad as it might be I can cope with a few more minutes and whatever ms throws at "YOU", "YOU" can as well. Shed a few tears, well maybe a lot, but other people have done this. "AND" so can "YOU". Make that decision, study the body posters on your wall. Know where your pain is, where it starts. Cool it, maybe it helps. Learn your body, this disease. Be knowledgeable. MANAGE THIS CONDITION.
