G'day my beloved ms family. This week make it a really really good one. Start with today being a good day. If "YOU" need to break it dow3n further, a good hour and why not a good next minute. Before "YOU" know it, it will be a habit and this week is going to go well. ms will do its utmost to mess up your week, it is conniving and sneaky like that. "YOU" my ms sibling must constantly work against it. After 20+ years I still have to pull myself together at times. This our life now, accept it and make it the best that "YOU" possibly can. There are naysayers, people who will constantly tell you of sorrow and gloom. "YOU" are not what "YOU" used to be. That past "YOU" is gone. Embrace a new "YOU". Mould yourself into something different, something the "YOU" NEVER IMAGINED. BE STRONG, RESILIENT. Be the chronically disabled person that nobody ever thought "YOU" could be.
