Good morning my beloved ms Sisters and Brothers. Today is Saturday, the week is over tonight and I hope it went well for you. I have been quiet for a few days, watching but limiting my comments. If something is important I will direct message "YOU", I am still watching :-). Sometimes letting yourself stand back and cool off is a good idea. This is a large family with many different opinions and sadly some malicious troublemakers, like my x wife who should know better and keep there mouth shut. Let us get on with supporting each other and supporting that Newby (Newly diagnosed person) who is scared and does not know what to do, where to turn.

Firstly, keep all your records, then get used to needles. "YOU" are going to have a lot of them in your long ms life. The disease is progressive. That does not mean "YOU" are automatically bound for a wheelchair. It does mean the disease is constantly attacking "YOU", many "YOU" might not even notice. 20+ years, I am not using any mobility aid, "YOU" may be the same.

Be careful what "YOU" say. Think twice about it. Think 3 times before "YOU" react. Why start a squabble, it is not worth it.

Take your Disease-Modifying Therapy (DMT) and have a good life. It is something we all have to work at, put in the work.

Does it need to be said right now?

Does it need to be said by me?

If you get three yesses then think again and possibly say it.

If you don't get three yesses cierra la boca

Another dimension to that could be put as "Don't jump on the bandwagon until you find out where it's come from. where it's going, and whether you actually need to jump on it........"

I was worried when I saw you had not posted for a few days. Glad you weren’t made to feel that your posts weren’t appreciated by many. I learn a lot from your posts. Thank you.

I’ve learned the hard way to think before I speak. Especially after MS. I have hurt some people that I never wanted to hurt. I have to sit on it for a few days before responding when I am upset. By then I am cool and not so angry or hurt. Then I can respond, if necessary, calmly.

I agree- why start a disagreement- if it's not worth it. I always say " you have to pick & chose your " fights!"Afterall, we have to conserve Our Energies!" Lol 🤣😂🤣
