Apologies if someone else has asked this before I can’t find a post on it here, but I’m curious about the benefits of CBD oil? I know some people swear by it and others don’t, anyone have any good or bad experiences of it? Thanks !

CBD alone did nothing for me. A high cbd/low thc indica combination helps my spasticity and pain.

Can you tell more about that, like what is indica?

My NP at the neuro's just a few days ago suggested it to me to rub on my feet. Haven't tried it yet.

Is that the CBD oil itself, or a CBD cream? What is the intended effect? Would be nice if it works for aches and pains!

Not sure. I have to find the card she wrote it on. My toes (and it's spreading toward the middle of my feet) feel ice cold to the point of pain at night when I go to bed. When I touch them they are NOT cold. She wrote several things on a card for me to try and one was CBD something.

Do you happen to know what else she wrote on the card? I have the same problem and I’m always looking for ways to deal with the pain in my feet

Found the card. Besides CBD Cream there is Blue Emu and Capcaisen. She also suggested B complex daily.

I talked to my neurologist about the cold especially the toes so cold they hurt at times and he wants to do a nerve test next time I’m in and on my leg between the hip and knee a strip right down the middle has gone numb so hopefully this test will tell something.

But I don’t see him again til sometime in August after my next Ocrevus infusion.

I had a nerve test done. It didn't turn up anything.

I added it 2x/day to work in concert w LDN. Helps lessen spacicity but need right dose for you or it does nothing. I also have a menthol balm & lotion I use sometimes to lessen muscle discomfort.

I've been using CBD for about two years now. I'm not positive that it helps anything in particular but I keep taking it anyway as it's supposed to be anti-inflammatory. There are sooooo many brands available, though, that's it's hard to know which are any good. I checked out some of the best options on Labdoor. Obviously they haven't tested everything out there, of course.labdoor.com/rankings/cbd-oil

rach115 thank you for asking, I have the same question.

My husband brought me some CBD cream from a friend who has a store.

Hard to tell. I think it helped overall with a stiff neck after massage with CBD (but then is it massage or CBD?)

I did not feel it doing anything for minor MS pain in my legs.

I know they make it in liquid rub on form that may work on certain areas but I tried the capsule and it done nothing. Wast of money.
