Has anyone tried the cannabidoil oil that is advertised on the internet? I ordered a

sample as it promises much needed help. Says it is legal and has no thc in it.

Let me know what you think. dr92636 ......Dee

dr92636 i have only just learned of this. My sister who has terminal cancer rang and told me about it. She said a man called Rick Simpson has written a book about it, apparently its healing properties are much spoken about. I asked my neurologist about it today and I was told that it is only legal by prescription over here in the uk, but I looked on Amazon and you can buy cannabis hemp oil on there. Whether it's the same thing or not, let me know. Thank you blessings Jimeka πŸ¦‹ 🌈

My friend ordered from Amazon and has had great relief for back pain, was able to go off Vicodin.

The one you can buy on amazon or any internet site does not need prescription. It does not contain THC which is the part of marijuana that gets the "high". The ones wo prescription is just the cannabinol/hemp. Works well for my husband with MS

Everyone is different but if you have pills I would start with one and see results. I have 700 hemp pills and he takes one in miring and one at bedtime. If things get crazy during the day I will use to tire and give him two pumps. But it depends on personal experience. You really can't take too much. That's my understanding. There is no high with it so it's pretty safe. Good luck

You can also buy drops called CBD oil on Amazon, they helped a friend of mine with back pain. No RX needed and legal in California.

BE very careful of buying CBD oils or such on the internet. Especially the ones that claim to be " Legal in every state" These are usually are hemp and have no real medicinal value.

If you live in a state that marijuana is legal. Get the REAL CBD tincture or oils..

I use CBD for my neuropathy in my feet. It works really well on nerve psins

Because it is legal in California, my husband got me a bottle of drops containing cbd oils and a small amount of thc. Rx is to put drops under your tongue 3 times daily. It's been 3 weeks and no improvements for me. I don't have pain, I have numbness and tingling and spasms in my legs. He bought these in a "green" store in Sacramento. I have a friend that bought some from Amazon for pain relief & after 5 weeks was able to quit taking Vicodin.

Works for my husband. His spasms are cut by 80% at night. I buy pills and tinctures.

I'm a medical cannabis patient with MS for many years, and suffered with pain for nearly all of it, till the cannabis not that many years back. I use CBD rich strains, and they work great, much better than THC strong strains, however, the CBD oils which are "legal everywhere" and are in fact not, thanks to the fed's anti-cannabis, pro big pharma policy who cares nothing about those who need cannabis when our heroin promoting drugs fail to do the job on neurological pain, have passed anti-CBD from hemp laws, which they have not yet starting enforcing, but they're there! Big Pharma realizes cannabis a treat to their monopoly, and are quickly snarfing up everything they can in their legal warchest regarding cannabis (patenting strains......etc.), so that when they're ready they will control cannabis too. But again, don't be disappointed, as big pharma was when the legal cannabis synthesized drugs like marinol,... failed, because it's not just the THC or CBD that makes it work so well, it's all the cannabinoids, terpines, etc., everything nature provided us that we really don't yet even understand chemically, to medically even think about medically synthesize it in a production lab environment, that needed to makes or break the results on benefits. If you can, try to hook up with your state's legal means of obtaining cannabis. And if your state doesn't have it, I can't tell you to do anything other than move to where it is, because I'm that legal kind of guy, yeah speed a few miles over the speed limit? Not me. Dumb, but...

Try a trip to a state that does, and also offers medical cannabis, not necessarily recreational cannabis as you want the medically focussed cannabis people helping you to choose what works over what really doesn't. Las Vegas Nevada has both, and this time of year travel is cheap, and they have both, recreational and medical, but I wonder if their heart it into doing the best they can anymore for those who really need it, medically? You will have to focus on this point. Oh, and by they way, you can see Vegas without spending 1 cent on gambling! We did, and loved it!

P.S. I have always been the most conservative engineer, turned big business, becoming CEO's, and all that other stuff, but still a conservative engineer. But years of needless pain due to M.S. Something needed changing! It doesn't have to be that way. Yes, it takes a bit of research, or someone who does it well, but without the politics, it works!

Hi Dee. I started using CBD oil for relief of migraines when I move to Arizona. It is in fact legal in all states is it does not contain any THC. I did not find that it help much with the migraines however, I have found that it does help with the overall Ms pain. The best brand is supposed to be Charlotte's Web, but there are other brands as well. Some are better than others. It is relaxing, it does help relieve Tremors and spasms, and now they even have it for dogs as a dietary supplement. I don't think that it is Panacea for everything, but it does help certain things. Hope this helps.

I wish we all had access to a lab.Too good to be true usually is.I pray every day for new help with all diseases and have searched myself. How do I know what is in the bottle if its coming from someones garage etc.NIH sends out a notice on recalls etc even on natureopathic things. One big no no for instance was the male pill with rhino in it...was killing people. All good things come from the earth but mankind can sure make it lethal.Research and best wishes....finding out address and checking background when it comes to health.Im VERY happy for those things work for others....look up recall on the product.

Well, folks... CBD is the rage. It is also the uncontrolled rage. Like any dietary supplement, there's no quality control. Are some worthwhile?

Probably? A minority, at best, I'd say.

It takes A LOT of hemp to make CBD. That's how they navigate around the federal laws to make it "legal". So it makes it super expensive usually.

I'm with Mark. Cannabis strains relatively low in THC and high in CBD. Besides CBD there's other cannabinoids that play a role.

It's only Trace Amounts of THC if you get good oil but I personally have not tried it but I'm looking for something that doesn't have the dire side effects of all these damn prescription drugs probably just wishful thinking though but please let me know if it works or not at least it'll help me to stop procrastinating on the subject
