Hello my sisters and brothers. I was in the mood to clear somethings up if "YOU" are new or "YOU" forgot them. We all forget things with ms say repeating myself is not a big deal.

I am NOT a doctor of any sort, nor have I ever trained as one. I have opinions, quite strong ones actually and I even have feelings. I understand that "YOU" do as well so I will always try my best not to stomp on to many toes. Of course I will, it was not intentional it merely happens sometimes. We are far from a gentle species and consideration is something a lot seem to lack. We all have ms, we understand. THE OUTSIDE WORLD NOT SO MUCH. Be aware that those outside our family can be cruel, we ourselves can be cruel. Because we have a brain disease that effects us so radically is no reason not to always try hard to think before we speak. How are my words going to affect somebody else and to what purpose am I saying what I am saying?

Over any many posts I have and will continue to advocate for the strongest Disease-Modifying Therapy (DMT) that exists. Not because I work for anybody but because I have seen firsthand what happens when ":YOU" do not take them or stop taking them. They are not 100% effective so discuss with your doctor where to start. Everybody is aware of my opinions on the matter.

This is a long life with this illness. Find a goal a dream something. Merely getting out of bed and eating chocolates is a terrible way to waste a life, and yours is not worth wasting. So do something, anything but something. Change as your circumstances change, be flexible, like the bamboo forests.

For a completely different perspective I might suggest getting into the habit of watching NatGeo wildlife shows. To see how others plan and get through day to day life in harsh environments. Perhaps it will give "YOU" some ideas and strength to get through your day. This is not an easy two aspirins and a nap disease, it is challenging. "YOU" have to strengthen yourself to get through it and when "YOU" think "YOU" have pushed yourself as hard as "YOU" can, push MORE. Never give up, this is a lifelong journey and it is ours to take. How "YOU" decide to live it is up to "YOU" my recommendation is to do it better than your best.

It's always nice to get out of your comfort zone and try something else when all else fails. That and a fresh breath of air is all that is needed sometimes. Good post, Royce :-D
