Experiencing Pain in the back of my head

I have been experiencing pain in the back of my head for the last 2wks. Notice on last night it became more severe with aching from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. Have been trying to reach my Neurologist for the last 2wks without a return phone call. At the ER to see what’s going on. Have anyone ever experienced such pain with Ms. Thanks in advance!

Ouch. So sorry you are going through this. My Neuro said it was migraines when I had sharp pains in the back of my head. I take meds to help with it. Sometimes I get the icepick ones on the side of my head but thankfully not as often as I once did. Hope you get answers.

After the visit to the ER the Dr said it was Migraine and I was given Benadryl, Toradol and Compazine so I feel much better. Hopefully it won’t happen again. Thank you!

I'm glad you found out what it was and found something that helps. Migraines are awful, but getting meds that help make all the difference.

Thanks for letting us know what you found at ER.

Yes, there is a lot to consider at any time, but especially now. I’m sure you’ll make the best decision. You have a blessed day, yourself!

A few months back I kept getting a bad head and neck pain. It went down my back too and I would get weird tingles down my spine as well. It was really bad. It was every day for weeks until my doctor put me on lyrica. I have occipital neuralgia.Sometimes lying flat on my back on the floor helps.I hope it breaks for you soon.

I had a headache and neck pain for months and thought it was ms related. I ended up going to a new Chropractor in town and had an adjustment. When done immediately my headache was gone and neck a little sore from adjustment. Have been back twice more since to follow up and No headache for 6 weeks now👍. Now I have switched to stem cell treatments on right arm, wrist, and fingers and starting to get some more movement 👍🙏. Only cost through Medicare is$20 a trip 👍 hopefully it keeps working 🤞🙏 Ken 🐾🐾🐾🐾
