why did my zoom failed me today?

I tried to different meetings. MY zoom sound didn't work. I have to call microsoft. it is very frustrating. It worked 4 days ago, I added up something or something like updates. OMG. Can anybody help me?

I was on a Zoom meeting the other day and the sound only worked for people that were using the phone app, not the desktop version. They were able to quickly download and switch.

OMG. Mine was the opposite. I used the phone for sound. I only had the screen! Nobody could hear me. It made alarm like funny sound instead of my voice. Why? I think the host didn't click on the zoom setting feature. Am I right. I am totally lost. HELP!!!!

OMG my camera worke but no sound anywhere sam I am no eggs no sound no ham sam I am! anywhere

maybe zoom tech can help you out or google the problem I'm sure a lot of people have had that issue as well

I did a zoom webinar the other day on my phone and it worked fine. Have you tried to restart your computer/device lately? Sometimes that will solve the issue.

I think it's been overloaded with so many people having to use it. I "go to church" via zoom just fine but my son had a meeting that way and it was terrible.
