Got my mavenclad today

While I wait the appeal process I will be able to start my medicine thanks to the drug company. I will take my first dose tomorrow morning. Because of my weight I will be taking 8 pills over the next 5 days 2 pills for 3 days and last 2 days just 1 pill. Next month I will take 7 pills over a 5 day period. I will let you all know how I do with this medication.

I have rrms but I think it is also spms. Not positive on that but I am hopeful that it we be helpful. Thank you

So glad you were able to get started on your meds. I'm a firm believer in DMT's and the sooner the better after diagnosis. I have had to wait a couple of months when changing over from one DMT to the next waiting on insurance to make their decision. It made me feel like I was jumping out of an airplane without a parachute. Good luck to you, hope it works well for you.

I was diagnosed possibly having MS in 1993 there was no medication then. I got a definite diagnosis in 2002 and that's when I started Copaxone was on it over 16 years. Had to stop that because of side effects being a problem this is the 4th medicine since I stopped Copaxone. Thank you I will be posting updates on how I am doing. Insurance can really make things difficult

Insurance companies make me furious. How can a person sitting at a desk with no medical training make decisions about my healthcare, that's what doctors are for.

Day 1 was OK just a bad taste in my mouth day 2 today has been no different so far. Thank you and I hope that this will work for me and for any one else that did take it is taking it and will take it
