Is anyone taking alpha lipoic acid for memory and if so how much and is it working?

I’ve been taking 600 mg twice a day for at least a year. I couldn’t realistically measure if it has helped or not. But studies showed that it seems to be very effective in preventing brain atrophy, so I’ll stay on it!
