Lupus anyone have this

Well been lots of pain n lower back arms n legs .guess potassium low the pills make me sicker. Dehydrated also.they can't find any thing tht ive been tested for lupus.going in today for tht blood work.waitin on preaut from insurance she wNts to do back mri..really cant take much more

It went thru it takes 73 hours for results on tht ana test for lupus.i really cant handle much more
