I have been working out steadily for 25 years & I know it has helped me deal with MS way better than had I not had the physical strength.

I was diagnosed about 10 years ago with MS.

As for diet, I have done different things over the years, the latest being an anti-inflammatory one.My husband is seeing more benefits from this than I.I think I need more time or to tweak it even more.

What type of diet do you follow?

There's already a non profit fitness group run by medical professionals and sports medicine experts as well as a nutritionist and other experts who have an array of daily exercise routines for those with MS ranging in abilities from bed ridden up to fully ambulatory to cover all of us with MS. I was a dancer/gymnast/martial artist prior to my MS diagnosis in the 90's so I have a daily routine that I modified from my oodcwarm ups to maintain my range of motion even though I haven't been able to feel my body in almost a decade, I still look perfectly normal walking unassisted but I have been dancing and in gymnastics since I was 3 so my body was already conditioned for such workouts. What kind of degrees do you have that would qualify you to run a fitness non profit? My brother in law has a degree in sports medicine for example, so what expertise would you be offering?
