How do I stop my gut from leaking? Maybe that's not a bad thing? If I do, will I gain weight? I'm trying to loose the 10# I added somehow. I've lost 5, got 5 more to go. Why is it sooo hard? I ate 1 meal, walked 10 miles...really! Okay, the 1 meal was a deep deep dish pizza with.... Nah, it was a food to table meal with 3 shared small plates, of which we took 1/2 home for leftovers. But, really, leaky gut? Remind me..........what's that? Too tired to comprehend, more less remember.........

Jazzy is referring to candida overgrowth (that, according to Ann Boroch all MS patients have, I have been just diagnosed with it, so I am pretty sure it's true), not literally a leaking gut. But do read on it - it's fascinating - healthywomen.org/comment/64358
