update on my knee surgery. I was very fortunate in having a wonderful doctor. After evaluating the health of my knee, ligaments and all, he determined the only issue was arthritis in the lateral aspect. With that, I was able to have a partial knee replacement instead of a total replacement. When the doctor came in the next day to see if I was ready to go home, I immediately said no. Thankfully, he was okay with me staying one more night. That extra night made a huge difference. Surgery was April 22 and I can already walk carefully w/o walker but will start using a cane until final visit with the doctor, All in all, things went better than I ever imagined. Now on to next months of rehabbing and back to a pain-f knee!!

Thanks for letting us know that you are doing ok. Good news that you only needed a partial knee replacement. Take care and go steady, blessings Jimeka 🦋
