Decent but busy day today.

Had an eye appointment today. Getting new glasses. Wow is that appt. costly. 550.00 I had to pay 151.00 of that price. 82.00 went towards my specs and the other costs were for testing I had done that the insurance doesn't cover. That was 3hrs ? of my day. Then I came home and did nothing. That's hard work!!! Doing nothing. My vision went goofy while I was there. She checked my optic nerve. Looked for any abnormalities. Gotta get an appt with a pain dr. Found one that's taking new patients. Now I gotta get my PCP to send a referral so I can get an appt. scheduled. Hopefully he doesn't drag his feet and gets it sent in. He's not on my nive list right now anyhow. He told me he was gonna send me to a pain dr several weeks ago then tells me to call my neuro to see if he can offer any suggestions about medicine because my insurance won't pay for the brand I was using. Now the waiting begins.

Dr. sent the referral in this morning. Now just gotta wait for them. WOOHOO!!!! Shouldn't take them long to review everything and get me in.
