Tecfidera dosing times

Hi. New to Tecfidera and trying to figure out a dosing time schedule that works for me. Trying to keep the doses as close to 12 hours apart as I can but not always working. Please share what works for you... thx

0600 1800 or 6am 6 pm

That is about right for me also being that I'm up at that time anyway. 6:30-6:30-7. I have to take with food so breakfast and dinner time for me.

I take mine right after breakfast and right after dinner. The one I have the hardest time remembering to take is the one in the mornings. Especially during the week when I'm rushing to get out the door to go to work.

From what I understand about Tecfidera, is just that it be taken 2 times per day. I don't think it is that critical as to the hours. I will ask next time I order mine. Been on it almost 4 years now. I have all my pills in a weekly 4 X a day pill holder, with my daily portion on my bar where I go by it frequently, so I don't miss it. The evening dose varies sometimes, if we go out to eat and I have forgotten to take it. I get it just a little later. No big deal. Just take it 2 x's a day.
