Monday, Spring in the air?Better health with the seasons?

Maybe I try find excuses but even a pain doc has said in the ups and downs of weather he gets people in his office.So for me I cant wait to the budding of plants(allergies, cant win can we?) Sunshine, hopefully able to sit on the porch or more!Maybe that is why I love the freshness in this particular group, every lovely picture or news of being blessed with HOPE.On somedays it seems all hope is lost...until someone SPRINGS into action with a post, pic, pose....vitamin d levels etc better with 20 min of sunshine.Mind body soul...hmmm than those dark days where im ready to give it up...someone remind me that sunshine is on its way.Thank you peeps...you are a blessing...and newbies.....welcome...its a wonderful honest group...

Lynt (sp?)truffles they are the best, Dove candy bars ok I know that they are not total chocolate but I love Peanut M&M’s

Beautiful shot Jackie. Daffodils 🌼 look so lovely and stand so proud, then they take so long to die off, I really dislike them as they die, they look such a mess. It’s a shame that they are so short lived. How are you doing ? Blessings Jimeka 🤗
