As i peek behind the scenes, these bodies are truely miracles that , yes fall apart. Here is ee HERO'S even on seemingly grouchy days...i have been taught so much..and i give you thanks. With every berometer change(or my excuse)I find a new place on this body evey day that if it didnt hurt i wouldnt know it was there! we have no idea how many places on these MS bodies have healed and life goes on ....Is this just because i do believe in meditation and guided images to relax and to heal(what can it hurt?) and i did find out all those screeches(my singing with MrBuster) has strengthened my failifailings in the heart. by singing along with you tube...increased lung capacity and exercise for the heart muscle. i do admit that on days when no medication meditation helps....i talk with Heavenly Father alot...As i walk or lay..He hears me and im not alone. One thing for sure...we are all in choice company. you all have an imprint on this MS brain....that makes me smile. xoxoxoxoxoxo somedays laying and breathing is called "good"
