G'day. I hope your day is going well and YOU are able to cope with all that your ms throws at you today. I only know of Relapsing-Remitting ms, so if YOU do not have that variant forgive me and ignore what I say.
Be RESILIENT. TOUGH BRAVE. Do NOT fear your ms, do NOT wish it was not YOU. It is YOU, It IS me, it has happened to all of US, and nobody can tell us why or make it go away. It is with us for life, Accept that. Grin and bear it. At times CRY about it. I am sure in 20+ years I have more than once. It is OKAY, YOU are human. We are not people of steel without feeling. This is our lot in this life, Accept it, and find a way to make every day as bright and sunny as you can. On the other side of dark and stormy days, there is sunshine. Maybe not glorious days but the torment will slowly pass, and how YOU come out of your turmoil is your choice.
Choose well, ALWAYS choose well for yourself,

You have been missed, so good to read your post. Your posts were so helpful to me as an MS person diagnosed 11 years ago (after 48 years of misdiagnoses). You were always so positive, I learned much from you and know I am not alone. I am many years beyond my "shelf life" date and feel we can keep on keeping on by realizing life is good regardless of this awful disease. Smiles, laughter and kindness are priceless and add time. Hope you keep writing, we need your perspective on life.
Good to see your post again. When I was diagnosed in 2020 it was so uplifting to my spirit to come and look for your post daily. What a blessing for my life in my low days. Thanks for all you do🙏🏾
Glad to see your posts again & hope that YOU are well. Your posts helped a lot of people keep their heads above water when they felt like they were drowning. Keep on posting 💻 friend🤗
