So there I went this a.m. in my boots threw out garbage and recycle. With water bottle I walked up the hill which strengthens my legs. I said hi to others walking. I'm walking down the hill which is not my favorite thing to do. But I say to myself as I listen to music if you want to walk up you have to walk down, Next time I will say to myself I want to walk down.
One man asked if I was okay. I said yes. Thank you so much for asking. I told him I have back problems and walk every day but going down is hard. He seemed to understand.
