I have my prescription already scheduled for delivery and they keep calling! I usually fill my Tecfidera through my insurance company but they have decided to call for the last 2 months. It's been over a year since I have talked to them to schedule a delivery refill! ugghh!

Great idea Iona60 I will do that next time they call! It's an automated voicemail when they call. When I checked my account online, my neuro already sent the info to my insurance company so I don't know why they are trying to schedule it. Plus I already have a full bottle beside the bottle I am currently using because they go pushy last time they called and I just went with it.
I had the relentless calls, which were never at the correct time, from a different specialty drug place. I asked and they took me off their automated call list.
you might be on an automated list like Iona60 was saying. I had to use them when I was getting my Avonex shipments, but I never had that kind of trouble with them. Good luck.
Thanks, MS_Indestructible Never had this issue until recently. Once I was able to order my Rx online and not deal with a person I haven't had to deal with them and then in Dec, they started calling.
