I sent a message to Pharmacy Advantage about where they delivered my package and asked that they deliver it on the porch. for future deliveries. This is the response I received today:

They put it by the garage door that goes up/down I can't see that from house because it is next to the house. Can only see if you walk out of the house and towards the garage. Luckily my brother in law saw it and brough it in the house before leaving for work. No common sense cometimes ;(
We used to get the paper when my grandpa was alive..he was the only one that would read it as he didn't care for the digital format. We have a box under the mailbox that the newspaper is supposed to go in. Somtimes it didn't make into that box for what ever reason 😱
I emailed them and the next day they got back to me and said they would update my account I will also make sure to make note or tell them when scheduling next month's delivery. Will update the results after the delivery arrives.
I keep backing away from any prescription delivery service that sends the drugs through the mail. Recently I looked into PillPack and the one that is offered now by my insurance provider, United Health Care (Optum RX). Both times I just couldn't finish applying. I kept remembering times when I've used mail delivery for rx's in the past--and sometimes pills arrived in a jiffy mailer that had burst open, and the pillbottles had burst open inside, and pills were all over everywhere, with many having been lost in transit.
Also, if a mistake is made or you suddenly need a new rx, just how fast can these by-mail delivery services get what you need to you? There's nothing like having a pharmacy that is right in your community so that you or someone you designate can go there and pick up whatever it is.
Depending on what the medicine is and how soon I need to take it, I will have it filled at a my local pharmacy. With not driving, it can be a pain to ge there to pick it up so having delivery is a great option for me. This is the first time something like this happened. Hopefully it won't happen again after I have let the company know and it was noted in my account.
