Royce, it's Fancy. Over the years, I have had the wonderful experience of working with some truly great physical therapist. I have, slowly but surely, built up my own MS workout room. I have chosen the individual workout equipment that I have had the best results with for me and then I set about haunting eBay and buying stuff cheap cheap cheap at auction that I need. My son's got me a lovely recumbent bike several years ago that I still use constantly. Prior to my balance becoming such a serious issue a friend of mine gave me a wonderful and very expensive elliptical machine that now has become my anchor for all my exercise resistance bands that I have in a rainbow of colors and I use for various stretching and muscular building excercises. I also love to hunt Goodwill stores and often find equipment there cheap. Lately, in the past two weeks , I have picked up a stair step that is often used in physical therapy and I've picked up circular dislike balance pad. The balance pad helps to improve balance, build up leg strength, core strength, and even ankle strength which I need tremendously. The step and the balance pad I picked up each for under $2 which is a true steal! You can even find Walker's there and other equipment cheap.

I truly believe that you either exercise what you have and keep it going strong or you lose it. And although it seems that I have to fight a little bit harder each and every year I refuse to give up the fight. Quitting is just simply not in my vocabulary and hopefully it will never be until I'm six foot under the ground! LOL! Keep up the fight! Fancy.
