If you were into weird British Sci-Fi you would know exactly what the words are.
Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy "DON'T PANIC" It is only Relapsing Remitting ms, this is very doable. Just calm down, pull yourself together. It is very very okay to cry and to be scared.
I am nobody that you will ever meet, and nobody of consequence. I am not any type of Doctor or therapist, I am just me a complete stranger. Now that we have that established I am going to tell "YOU" and only "YOU" a very important secret. Please just hold it close, if you share it that is okay but I may deny ever saying it.
This is really just for us. "DONT PANIC" there is no need, no need ever. Relapsing-Remitting ms (RRms) is a very very doable affliction. Move quickly on some protective underwear. There is no need to go through the mental anguish of soiling yourself in public. At home WHO cares, but in the grocery store, there is no need for that. Ladies you understand, you menstruate. Gentleman, nobody but you will know, protect yourself, it is worth it.
The next thing is the huge hairy scary beast in the room. Disease Modifying Therapy {DMT). No matter how you shuffle the cards. My friend, (if I may call you that) you now have Relapsing Remitting ms (RRms) the science says that the earlier you start your DMT treatment the better off you will be in the long term, and believe me everything must be looked at in the long term. Nothing will make this go away tomorrow. If somebody says they can do that, ask yourself why is that person not a trillionaires? Easy questions really. If you do not get a good answer, keep your wallet in your pocket and walk away.
Having said that, DMT will not cure you and it is quite expensive. It will slow down your illness progression. That means we all will still get worse, but slower than if we did nothing. I for one have no issue with a few possible flu-like symptoms or bowel leakage if I can slow ms down a little. I HATE needles, I have even fainted once or twice from injections. For a long-term druggie you would think I could handle it, but alas no. Not now, probably not ever. "BUT' if it will slow down my disease progression and if it is the only proven medicine available. I am going to pull my socks up, calm down, cry and take my medicine as prescribed. For the consequences are really not impossible, but why do them if "YOU" do not have to. i WILL say to "YOU" now. "YOU" do not have to. There is absolutely no need for this disease to beat "YOU" Take the medicine if it really does not like "YOU" then change it. Do not stop, change. Do not procrastinate, do what "YOU" need to do now. ASK questions, be comfortable but make a decision now, not later NOW. It really will be okay. "YOU" really can "DO" ms, it is not impossible just a little tricky at first.

I believe that you can, so just get started. Sooner rather than later is best.
